Administration: Our administration department ensures all your paperwork is filled in correctly and works with our referencing partners on your behalf. We create your own personal tenancy agreement, ensure your standing orders are filled in correctly and all monies due to you are sent to your nominated bank as quickly as possible by our expert accounts team.
Property Management: Our team coordinates and schedules all management issues for our managed property portfolio, ensuring all aspects of any job are looked after professionally and efficiently. As well as overseeing regular property visits, we also organise all of the required safety and licensing certification, as well as checkouts and handling any property maintenance. We have an out of hour’s number for any managed property emergencies. We handle the whole process from taking the initial call, to instructing contractors to quote, liaising with landlords where appropriate, through to the completion stage when the job is signed off.
